1.        Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Products must be returned within 5 days of the original delivery
  • Condition of Product: The product must be in unused condition and returned in the exact condition it was received, including all original packaging and tags.

Please note that returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of use, damage after delivery (unless due to manufacturing defect), or is not returned in its original packaging.

 

2.     Refunds

We do not offer refunds for returned products. Instead of refunds, we provide replacements or exchanges as per the terms outlined in this policy.

However, if an order is cancelled within the eligible timeframe (within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch), a full cash refund will be issued and credited within 7-10 days

 

3.      Replacement Policy

We offer replacements under the following circumstances:

  • Manufacturing Defects: If you receive a product with a manufacturing
  • Damaged Products: If the product is damaged upon

Conditions for Replacement:

  • Delivery Charge for Replacements: A delivery charge will be applicable for sending the replacement item, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
  • Return Shipping Cost: The cost of return shipping for items being sent back for replacement is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a manufacturing defect.

 

4.        Procedure for Damaged or Defective Products

 If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

  1. Immediate Notification: Notify our customer service team immediately upon receipt of the damaged or defective product, but no later than 5 days from the delivery

  3. Review and Instructions: Our team will review the evidence If the damage or defect is confirmed to be due to manufacturing or shipping, we will instruct you on how to return the product.
  4. Return the Product: Return the product as per the instructions provided by our customer service team.
  5. Replacement Processing: Upon receiving the returned product and verifying the defect, we will process the replacement. For manufacturing defects, the replacement will be provided and delivered within 7-10 days, free of charges, including shipping.

 

5.        Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation Timeframe: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of initial
  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled at any time before the package has been dispatched from our facility.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. If the cancellation request is made within the eligible timeframe or before dispatch, we will process the cancellation.
