This Shipping & Delivery Policy is designed to provide you with clear information about how we process and ship your orders at Footwell. Please review this policy to understand our shipping practices.

  1. Shipping Areas
  • Within Kerala: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the state of Kerala.
  • Rest of India: We offer shipping across India. Shipping charges for deliveries outside Kerala will be calculated based on the delivery location and will be displayed at checkout.
  1. Delivery Duration
  • Within Kerala: Estimated delivery time is 8 working days from the date of order dispatch.  
  • Outside Kerala: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Please allow for additional working days for delivery to locations outside Kerala. Estimated delivery duration will be provided at the time of dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, holidays, and logistical disruptions.

  1. Shipping Partner

We partner with India Postal Service for the delivery of all orders to ensure reliable and efficient shipping across India.

  1. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain tracking details that you can use to monitor the progress of your shipment on the India Postal Service website.

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. All orders must be prepaid through our online payment methods at the time of purchase.

  1. Shipping Charges
  • Free Shipping: Applicable to all orders within Kerala.
  • Calculated Shipping: For orders outside Kerala, shipping charges are calculated based on destination, weight, and dimensions of the package. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.
  1. Undeliverable Packages

In the event that a package is undeliverable for reasons such as incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, the following will apply:  

  • We will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved, the package may be returned to us.  
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the order.
